What you will be doing:

• Developing and maintaining HR knowledge of local regulations, company principles, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Supporting Fed
  Ex managers in talent recruitment and selection.
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Acting as a mediator and advisor in employer disputes to foster a positive working environment.
• Identifying HR issues or opportunities and developing recommendations.
• Participating in the development of HR systems for effective information management and
  - making.
• Supporting HR and business initiatives related to change and transformation.

What you bring with you:

• HR Degree or relevant local qualification.
• Broad knowledge and experience in employee and labour relations.
• Significant HR process experience, preferably in a large,
  - paced organization.
• Exceptional influencing skills and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Good judgment and
  - making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes while maintaining administrative focus.
• Strong knowledge of relevant Labour Legislation.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional HR experience.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
