Qualifications

Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies

Experience (2 years) in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks

Proficiency in Portuguese and English languages

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
