Role
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist with experience in administrative HR management and support for recruitment and selection processes. The selected person will be responsible for ensuring contractual management activities, employee monitoring, and support for the company's administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the administrative management processes of human resources, including the preparation of contracts, admissions, termination of contracts, and contractual updates;
- Collaborate in the recruitment and selection process, namely in the screening of applications, scheduling of interviews, and monitoring of candidates;
- Assist in the management of vacations, absences, and schedules, ensuring the updating of records and internal communication;
- Organize and maintain the physical and digital archive of employee and company documentation up to date;
- Assist in the preparation of information for salary processing and in the coordination with the financial and accounting area;
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, answering telephones, preparing internal reports, and contacting external entities;
- Use digital tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, HR platforms) to support administrative and human resources activities;
- Collaborate in internal projects to improve administrative processes and internal communication.
Profile/Skills
- Higher education in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Management, or equivalent area;
- Knowledge of labor legislation and administrative HR practices;
- Ability to organize and manage documents;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
