As a customer advisor specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Providing first contact resolutions to customer queries
2. Offering specialized customer support through written and phone communication
3. Building meaningful relationships, answering customers' questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
4. Meeting and exceeding our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
5. Creating an exceptional customer experience that people value and we are proud of
6. Following management directions and providing feedback

To succeed in the role, you will need:

1. Native or proficient level of Hungarian (C2)
2. Advanced level of English (at least C1), both verbal and written
3. Strong communication skills, including excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
4. Analytical and
   - solving skills with strong attention to detail
5. A desire to learn and advance, curiosity, and
   - solving abilities
6. EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
7. Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, and work
   - site
