We are hiring front office employees for a
- renowned vehicle manufacturer in the logistics industry. The responsibility in this position lies in informing our clients customers about the
- house maintenance system.
Your tasks
Handling and documentation of outbound calls
Contacting customers via phone in order to remind them to register their vehicles.
Qualifications Mandatory: Hungarian Language (C2 level at least) Personality : You are a talented communicator, fully committed and solution oriented, team player with interest in the automotive industry. Working method : You are friendly, organized and customer oriented. Experience and
- how : Even though it is not required, you ideally have some experience in customer services and have handled inbound and / or outbound calls.
