Position Overview

Role: Hungarian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Project: Automotive Digital Services
Language Requirement: Fluent Hungarian
Start Dates: 9th January 2025 & 30th January 2025
Location: Braga, Portugal (Remote, from Coimbra to the North only)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (Weekends Off)
Contract Type: Permanent (3-month probation period)

What Youll Do

• Deliver excellent customer service for users of digital automotive platforms.
• Address and resolve inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with personalized, empathetic solutions.
• Accurately log customer interactions and follow through on problem resolution.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

What You Bring

• Languages: Native-level Hungarian fluency (English proficiency is a plus).
• Skills: Strong communication,
  - focused mindset,
  - solving ability, and adaptability to remote work schedules.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or similar roles is an advantage but not essential.
• Base Salary: 890 EUR gross/month (14 months), totaling 12, 460 EUR gross/year.
• Performance Bonus: 80 EUR gross/month (12 months), totaling 960 EUR/year.
• Meal Allowance: 7. 23 EUR per working day.
• Health Insurance: Available from day one (free after six months).

Annual Package: Approximately 14, 848. 72 EUR gross/year, excluding performance bonuses.
