Hybrid | Swedish Client Facing Support Agent for GPS app
Job location: Lisbon, Portugal

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
About The Role
- You will be answering to the users of GPS Navigation Tool (via email and inbound calls), identifying the client's problem, troubleshooting to find solutions, documenting each action, and categorizing cases and possible bugs for the engineering team to address.
- Provide general and technical support to customers using our client's paid products.
- Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures.
We Are Looking For
- At least 12 months of direct customer service experience, preferably in contact centers in a B2C and/or B2B environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent
- level written and spoken communication skills in Swedish. - Fluency in English.
- Proactive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Organized, quick to learn new processes, concepts, and skills, and adaptable to changing operations.
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to handle customer emotions empathetically.
- Valid legal work permit.
