This position is to deploy and leverage the Portugal regional Proximity and Digital Service Business. You will drive business development activities by leveraging Building digital services strategies and offerings (remote, cloud based, analytics and data driven among others) while also promoting proven outcomes and performance driven service contracts. You will also work very closely with the Digital Service Center (DSC) and offer valuable field experience and insight. Working with a powerful sales team and client service manager resources, you are expected to generate, manage and close highly qualified proximity and digital service opportunities.

Your mission will be. . .

- Work with End-User
- makers & contacts, with the responsibility to maintain/expand these relationships within assigned, existing client accounts as well as build new customer relationships;



- Effectively perform customers' needs assessments and develop added value and tailored proposals;



- Act as a Trusted Advisor to customers across their enterprises;



- Partner with Engineers and other stakeholders to assist in the design, communicate and implement Solutions and Services on Smart infrastructures;



- Develop new Digital Service business with
- user clients.

Your Success is granted by. . .

- Lead and drive partner sales within the SI Building sector in Portugal;



- Serve as the technical expert in Digital Services, ensuring
- quality delivery and support for partners;



- Develop strategies to increase market share and expand partnerships effectively;



- Collaborate with
- functional teams to deliver optimal solutions for client needs;



- Monitor sales metrics, trends, and client feedback to enhance sales processes.

We are looking for someone with. . .

- Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent;



- Minimum of 3 years experience in related field required;



- Competency in partner management and strategic sales;



- Smart Infrastructure technologies, HVAC control and Digital services background is highly advantageous;



- Account Management as well as New Business Development Experience;



- Fluency in Portuguese. Language skills in verbal and written English;



- Strong analytical and
- solving skills;



- Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills;



- Work experiencefrom an international, multicultural environment.
