We are looking for Project Program Manager , for a project in Lisbon!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective and efficient management of scope, schedule, cost and quality;
  
  
  
  
• Prepareand ensure compliance with project plans (execution, communication, risks and mitigation);
  
  
  
  
• Ensure financial execution is in line with execution;
  
  
  
  
• Manage the relationship and assertive communication with all stakeholders;
  
  
  
  
• Elaborate project reporting, management information and promote decision making.

Requirements:

• Experience as Project Manager of large and complex projects with high stress on scope, timings and/or budget, in a
  - geography context;
  
  
  
  
• Degree preferably in Computer Science, Software, Electrical and Computer Engineering;
  
  
  
  
• Abilityto communicate both verbally and in writing;
  
  
  
  
• Abilityto work in a collaborative and productive environment;
  
  
  
  
• Capacity forcritical analysis and focused on solving blockage points;
  
  
  
  
• Fluencyin English is mandatory.
