Observability & AI Monitoring Engineer

Remote, Europe
Required
- 5+ years in Site Reliability/Platform/Observability engineering operating production systems. - Hands‐on experience with metrics + dashboarding (e. G. , Prometheus-compatible stacks and Grafana or equivalent). - Practical Open
Telemetry experience (logs/metrics/traces) including collector pipelines and sampling strategies. - Proficiency in at least one systems language or scripting language (e. G. , Go, Python, C#, or similar) and strong Linux fundamentals. - Experience defining SLIs/SLOs, building
- noise alerting, and running an on‐call rotation. - Ability to design data models for telemetry and drive adoption across multiple teams. We
