We are looking for an IT Change Manager with :

• Strong experience in ITIL-based Change Management, including running
  -
  - end change processes.
• Ability to lead CAB meetings, assess risks, and ensure proper approvals and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with multiple IT teams to schedule and implement changes with minimal service disruption.
• Solid skills in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and compliance with ITIL best practices.
• Experience with Service
  Now and proficiency in Excel / Power BI for reporting and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, manage simultaneous tasks, and drive continuous process improvement.

Location: Lisbon | Hybrid

Level of Experience: Mid (+3 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1, 200 to €2, 500 (salary base) + Food Allowance
