Tasks

Your responsibilities as a Technical Support for Digital Marketing will include:

• Working for a leading global technology company, developing marketing ideas, and creating impactful changes in daily life.
• Solving technical issues and repairing the online marketing platform in a B2B environment.
• Defining solutions for clients and adjusting existing processes and methods accordingly.
• Utilizing basic coding and diagnostic skills for problem analysis.
• Understanding client goals and providing support via chat with tailored solutions.
• Achieving high customer satisfaction focused on quality and results.

Requirements

Skills, qualifications, and interests necessary for success:

• Native-level German language skills and at least B2 level English.
• A high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree.
• Background in technical support.
• General understanding or interest in online marketing products.
• Strategic thinking abilities.
• A drive for excellence and professionalism.
• Team player willing to work with diverse nationalities.

Benefits

What’s in it for you?

Contract: Fixed-term for one year, renewable.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (40 hours/week).
• No weekends.
• Hybrid work model after training.
• Training duration: 7-10 weeks.
• Salary options:

a. )Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1030€ gross/month + up to 400€ bonus monthly.

b. )Without accommodation: 1400€ gross/month + up to 400€ bonus monthly.

(Training paid at 100%).

• For international applicants:
• Reimbursement of initial flight costs after 9 months.
• Airport pickup.
• Annual return ticket to your home country within the EU.
• Assistance with paperwork, bank account opening, etc. , upon arrival.
• Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events.
