A leading global company that develops advanced vehicle heating, cooling, roof, and battery systems to enhance comfort and drive sustainable mobility is looking for an Invoice to Cash (I2C) Team Leader (m/f/d).

Your new role

As part of e GBS organization with several years of presence in Portugal, we are looking for an Invoice to Cash Team Leader with reporting to GBS Finance Head, and as follows:

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of I2C specialists, fostering a proactive and
  - oriented culture
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of invoicing, collections, claim management, and customer account management
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, analyze performance trends, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e. g. , Sales, Logistics, Finance Leads) and external customers to resolve issues and improve service delivery
• Drive process standardization and automation initiatives within the GBS frameworks
• Contribute to strategic planning within the GBS function

What you need to be successful

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Invoice to Cash or Accounts Receivable, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience working in
  - paced, dynamic organizations
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive,
  - oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to respond to change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives
• Analytical and
  - oriented, with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Strong understanding of I2C processes, SAP and financial controls
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
