About The Role

We are looking for an experienced IAM/CIAM Engineer with strong expertise in Forge
Rock to join a digital transformation journey within the automotive technology sector. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising identity and access management solutions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modules and integrations within the Forge
  Rock platform
• Define and implement authentication, authorisation, and session management policies
• Configure login flows, MFA, SSO, and federated identity (SAML / OIDC)
• Integrate Forge
  Rock IDP with internal and external applications
• Monitor and optimise the performance of the central IDP instance
• Contribute to CIAM architecture modernisation and digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other security/privacy standards
• Collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, and development teams
• Produce clear technical documentation and support knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a CIAM Engineer (or equivalent), specifically with Forge
  Rock
• Strong knowledge of OAuth2, Open
  ID Connect, SAML 2. 0
• Hands‑on experience with Java, REST APIs, JSON, LDAP, JWT
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Dev
  Ops tools (Jenkins, Git
  Lab, Docker)
• Solid understanding of application security and identity management
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
