IAM / CIAM SPECIALIST - SALESFORCE (HYBRID)

Location: Porto - Portugal

Work Model: Hybrid (2x/week in the office)

Language Requirements: Fluent English and Portuguese

We are looking for a CIAM Specialist with strong experience in Salesforce Customer Identity and Forge
Rock IDP. The ideal candidate will design and implement CIAM solutions, configure federated authentication (SAML 2. 0, OAuth2, Open
ID Connect), and ensure seamless interoperability between systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CIAM solutions leveraging Salesforce integrated with Forge
  Rock IDP.
• Configure and maintain federated authentication using SAML 2. 0, OAuth2, and Open
  ID Connect between Salesforce and Forge
  Rock.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams to enable SSO, MFA, social login, and consent management features.
• Ensure seamless interoperability between Salesforce and Forge
  Rock, including identity provisioning, attribute synchronization, and session management.
• Contribute to the definition of access policies and adaptive authentication based on risk and context.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and support internal teams through training on CIAM best practices.
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and secure the performance and scalability of CIAM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CIAM Specialist (or equivalent role).
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Customer Identity.
• Proven expertise with Forge
  Rock IDP, including configuration of realms, journeys, and identity trees.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols: OAuth2, SAML, and Open
  ID Connect.
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and efficient technical solutions.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
