IAM Consultant (Ping/ForgeRock)

We are looking for an IAM Consultant (Ping/Forge
Rock) to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model from Lisbon, Porto or Braga.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Ping Identity or Forge
Rock.

Develop and manage user authentication and authorization policies.

Support integration of applications and systems with IAM platforms.

Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and continuous improvement of IAM processes.

Ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to define technical solutions aligned with business needs.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience working with Ping Identity and/or Forge
Rock IAM solutions.

Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and federated identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, Open
ID Connect).

Experience with scripting (e. g. , Shell, Python, or Groovy) and API integrations.

Familiarity with directory services (LDAP), SSO configurations, and MFA.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Availability to work 2–3 days per week onsite in Lisbon or Porto.
