Role Overview:

We are looking for an IAM Consultant to join a leading energy company in Portugal where innovation, sustainability, and excellence are the pillars of their success. What you will do :

• Relevant experience with identity and access management platforms;
• Expertise in employee lifecycle management in terms of logical and financial access;
• Implement and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) policies;
• Support and optimize the identity lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver);
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to define access and control policies;
• Ensure compliance with security and audit standards;
• Document IAM processes, procedures, and configurations.

What you are like:

• Experience in identity and access management platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, and Microsoft Entra
  ID;
• Expertise in employee lifecycle management in terms of logical and financial access;
• Implement and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) policies;
• Excellent team collaboration skills;
• Excellent
