Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IAM Engineer with deep expertise in Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) to join our IT infrastructure team. This role is pivotal in managing and evolving our hybrid identity environment, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient access across the organization.

• Administer and maintain on-premises Active Directory infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity solutions.
• Implement and maintain Group Policies , DNS , DHCP , and domain trusts .
• Configure and monitor Azure AD Connect and synchronization processes.
• Support identity lifecycle management:
  
  provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
• Automate administrative tasks using Power
  Shell .
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams on cloud migration and integration projects.
• Maintain clear documentation of procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing Active Directory environments.
• Strong understanding of Azure AD , including Conditional Access , MFA , and RBAC .
• Experience with hybrid identity environments and Azure AD Connect .
• Proficiency in Power
  Shell scripting .
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 , Exchange Online , and Intune is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
