About the role

We are seeking an IAM Engineer with a solid Dev
Ops background to design, integrate, and maintain Identity and Access Management platforms. This position not only requires technical proficiency but also effective consulting and communication skills, as you will collaborate directly with clients in diverse international environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IAM solutions utilizing LDAP, OUD, and WSO2 platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration of IAM systems with enterprise applications and infrastructure;
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams, including Security, Dev
  Ops, and Infrastructure Engineering;
• Provide technical guidance and consulting to clients throughout the design and implementation phases;
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IAM platforms to maintain performance, scalability, and security;
• Drive automation initiatives within IAM and related Dev
  Ops processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

What are we looking for?

• Strong knowledge of LDAP, Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), WSO2, and Unix/Linux environments;
• Hands-on experience with Dev
  Ops practices and tools;
• Proven experience as an IAM Engineer or Dev
  Ops Engineer working on IAM-related projects;
• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
• Solid understanding of identity governance, authentication protocols (e. g. , SAML, OAuth, Open
  ID Connect), and relevant security standards;
• Ability to automate and streamline IAM processes using Dev
  Ops methodologies and scripting (e. g. , Python, Power
  Shell).

• Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;
• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
• Willingness to collaborate with other players;
• Strong communication skills.
