Job Description
The IAM (Identity & Access Management) Engineer is a professional in identity management and access to information systems. As an expert, you will be responsible for implementing, developing and maintaining the IAM tools, as well as related processes.
Within the IAM product, you will ensure the consistency and evolution of the elements of the IAM infrastructure and the technologies used. You will provide support to the product owner.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and strategy of identity management and access to information systems and applications. Bring innovative solutions to meet needs.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of identity and access management and administration models.
- Ensure the evolution and optimization of the tools in use.
- Bring new solutions and business models to meet business needs.
- Support and enhance our existing Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) infrastructure.
- Integrate new IAM services: testing and documentation of new services, implementation support for operational teams.
- Implement access to IT solutions based on defined specifications.
- Adapt tools and processes for new project needs, adapt existing documentation for operational requirements.
- Bring and explain best practices on the use of IAM management tools. Transfer knowledge and support systems and applications support and operations teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IAM service implementation.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM): Management agent development, policies, workflows, and synchronization rules.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Identity Management, Authentication and Access Systems.
- Comprehensive experience with IAM technologies such as Provisioning, Federation, Role/Entitlement Reviews, Multi Factor Authentication and Access Management.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in managing identity lifecycle processes (JML) across complex environments.
- Experience with identity governance platforms like Sail
Point, Saviynt, or similar. - Experience working with HRIS integrations (e. g. , Workday, SAP Success
Factors) is a plus. - Demonstrated scripting experience for task automation (Power
Shell, Ansible, Terraform). - Strong
- solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with
- functional teams and communicate technical information. - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of English (French highly valued) - written and spoken.
