We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. What are we looking for?

• 5+ years in Project Management, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.
• Strong understanding of Identity Management Practices, HR processes, governance, and Privilege Access Management (PAM).
• Solid experience with Agile methodologies, ideally in a Scrum Master role.
• Ability to lead IAM projects, with a focus on solutions like Sail
  Point Identity
  IQ.
• Experience in coordinating offshore teams and acting as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a
  - oriented and proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in English and French - level B2 or above (mandatory).
• Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is highly valued.
• Knowledge of Identity Management Products (e. g. , Sail
  Point Identity
  IQ, One Identity) is a plus.
• Experience in PAM deployment (e. g. , Cyberark) is a plus.
• Understanding of Windows and Linux Security is a plus.
