Position : IAM Solutions Architect – Sail
Point

Location : Lisbon

Hybrid: 2 times a week at the client’s office

Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal

Mandatory Languages Required: English (minimum C1)and French (is a Plus)

We are looking for an experienced IAM Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Sail
Point to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement Identity and Access Management solutions, ensuring secure and efficient user access across enterprise systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an IAM Architect, specifically with Sail
Point Identity
IQ.

Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.

Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.

Ability to work in a hybrid model with 2 days/week onsite in Lisbon.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

Architect and deliver Sail
Point Identity
IQ solutions aligned with business requirements.

Lead IAM projects, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, and support.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate IAM solutions.

Develop technical documentation and best practices for Sail
Point deployments.

Provide expertise in access governance, provisioning, and compliance frameworks.

Support incident resolution and continuous improvement of IAM processes.
