IAM Technical Lead & Solution Architect

Location:

Lisbon

Hybrid:

2 times a week at the client’s office

Languages Required:

We are looking for an IAM Technical Lead & Solution Architect to drive Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment. This position is ideal for a technical leader with a strong background in Sail
Point Identity
IQ, Java development, and IAM governance principles. If you’re passionate about security architecture, automation, and best-in-class identity solutions, this is the opportunity for you!

Required Skills and Tools:

• Strong expertise in Sail
  Point Identity
  IQ and Sail
  Point Cloud solutions.
• Solid experience with Java development, Git, Maven, Jenkins.
• Hands-on knowledge of Unix Shell scripting and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and directory services.
• Proficiency in at least one IDE (Intelli
  J, Eclipse, or Visual Studio).
• Deep understanding of IAM principles, governance frameworks, and security best practices.
• Experience implementing PAM solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• English proficiency:
  
  B2 minimum.
• Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal

Nice to Have

• Experience in cloud identity solutions and security integration.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Dev
  Ops environments.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Sail
  Point certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical lead and solution architect for IAM projects using Sail
  Point Identity
  IQ and Sail
  Point Cloud.
• Define IAM strategies and ensure Identity Management & Governance (IGA) best practices.
• Develop and customize Sail
  Point Identity
  IQ workflows and connectors.
• Implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to secure sensitive accounts.
• Write and maintain Java-based customizations for IAM systems.
• Integrate IAM with Active Directory and other enterprise systems.
• Utilize Dev
  Ops tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins) for automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Script in Unix Shell for system automation and maintenance.
• Optimize SQL databases for IAM-related data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure compliance and security governance.
