About the Role

We are looking for a Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager Expert to join our Identity & Access Governance (IAM/IGA) team. You will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and maintenance of the platform, ensuring strong access governance, automation, compliance, and operational stability across the organization.

Responsabilities:

  • Administer and maintain Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager (workflows, provisioning/deprovisioning, roles, entitlements, recertification, identity repository)
  • Configure and manage connectors and integrations with AD/LDAP, HRIS, ERP, and business applications
  • Automate IAM/IGA processes using scripting, APIs, and CLI tools
  • Provide operational support (monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, MCO)
  • Produce technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer/training
  • Contribute to IAM/IGA projects, ensuring access governance, compliance, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field;

  • Experience with Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager or a similar IAM/IGA solution;

  • Strong expertise in advanced configuration, including: workflows, provisioning & deprovisioning, recertification campaigns, entitlements management, role modeling, central identity repository;

  • Proven ability to manage and maintain connectors to: directories (Active Directory, LDAP), HR systems (HRIS/SIRH), ERP platforms, business applications;

  • Scripting and automation skills using: Power
    Shell
    (mandatory), C#, XML, JSON, CSV (valued);

  • Experience withAPI- and CLI-based integrations.
  • Knowledge of on-premise and Saa
    S environments
    , including: installation, deployment, maintenance, operational support;

  • SQL Server administration;

  • Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and operational support capabilities;

  • Ability to create and maintain clear, structured technical documentation Team-oriented mindset with rigor, service orientation, and strong collaboration skills with: business, IT, HR, and security teams.
