Redbridge International School is seeking an experienced and inspiring IB Business Management and Economics teacher to join our growing Secondary team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of the IB Diploma Programme and collaborate closely with colleagues across our Cambridge and French BFI pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach IB Diploma Programme Business Management and Economics to a high standard.
• Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry driven lessons aligned with the IB philosophy.
• Design formative and summative assessments to support learning and progress.
• Contribute to curriculum development and the wider academic vision of the Secondary School.
• Provide guidance and support for Internal Assessments and exam preparation.
• Maintain clear communication with students, parents and colleagues.
• Contribute to pastoral care and the academic mentoring of students.
• Participate in whole school initiatives including CPD, collaborative planning and cross curriculum projects.
• Uphold all school expectations relating to safeguarding, inclusion and academic honesty.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a closely related field.
• PGCE, recognised teaching diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience in the IB Diploma Programme.
• Strong understanding of IB pedagogy including inquiry based learning and assessment for learning practices.
• Experience supporting multilingual learners in an international school context is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
