Hey IBM people we are Hiring: IBM BPM/BAW Developer (CP4BA)
Location: Portugal (Remote or Hybrid – flexible)
About the Opportunity:
We're looking for an experienced IBM BPM/BAW Developer to join a
- thinking and collaborative team working on business process automation using IBM technologies.
You'll contribute to impactful projects using IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) , working alongside a multidisciplinary team focused on innovation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
✅ What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience with IBM BPM/BAW and CP4BA (BAW/ADS)
Solid experience working with Oracle relational databases (queries and stored procedures)
Comfort using Linux systems (file reading/editing via terminal)
Basic knowledge of Java, Java
Script, HTML, and CSS
Nice to Have:
Strong
- solving mindset and analytical thinking
Team player with good communication skills
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently when needed
