IBM BPM/BAW Developer (CP4BA)

? Location:

Portugal (Remote or Hybrid – flexible)

? About the Opportunity:

We're looking for an experienced IBM BPM/BAW Developer to join a
- thinking and collaborative team working on business process automation using IBM technologies.

You'll contribute to impactful projects using IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA), working alongside a multidisciplinary team focused on innovation, scalability, and operational efficiency.

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with IBM BPM/BAW and CP4BA (BAW/ADS)
• Solid experience working with Oracle relational databases (queries and stored procedures)
• Comfort using Linux systems (file reading/editing via terminal)
• Basic knowledge of Java, Java
  Script, HTML, and CSS

• Strong
  - solving mindset and analytical thinking
• Team player with good communication skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently when needed
