Administer and maintain Domino servers, including updates, patches, and backups;Configure and optimize Domino environments to ensure high performance and continuous availability;Manage Notes/Domino databases, including creation, migration, and maintenance;Ensure system security by implementing robust security policies and monitoring potential threats;Diagnose and resolve issues related to Domino servers and Notes clients;Collaborate with IT teams to run/migrate Domino with other systems and applications;Document processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure efficient system management;Train users and provide technical support for Domino-based applications. What are we looking for? Proven experience in Domino administration (version 9 and above);Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems for hosting Domino servers;Strong understanding of network protocols (SMTP, IMAP, HTTP) and security concepts (SSL/TLS, firewalls);Scripting skills (Lotus
Script, Java
Script, Power
Shell) to automate tasks and develop custom solutions;Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in Domino environments;IBM Domino Administrator or Developer certification (Nice to have);Experience with migration tools for transitioning to/from Domino (Nice to have);ITIL Foundation (Nice to have);Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory).
