Responsibilities

- Develop and implement solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM), and IBM File
Net.

- Design, configure, and customize Business Object Model (BOM) and Execution Object Model (XOM) for business rule execution.

- Develop, validate, and deploy business rules in IBM ODM.

- Manage rule flows and optimize decision system performance.

- Package and deploy rule sets for testing and production environments.

- Create and configure workflows and automate processes in IBM BAW.

- Integrate systems, web services, XML, and relational databases.

- Configure testing and simulation environments for business users.

Requirements

- Solid experience with IBM ODM and IBM BAW solutions.

- Advanced knowledge of Java, J2EE (Web
Sphere Application Server), Web Services, XML, Unix/Linux.

- Practical experience with Rule Studio for creating, validating, and implementing rules.

- Experience with PL/SQL and relational databases.

- Good communication skills and teamwork ability.

- Fluency in Portuguese and technical knowledge of English.
