We are seeking an experienced and driven ICT Business Analyst with deep expertise in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or accounting, and at least 5 years of
- on experience optimizing SAP FICO solutions within a dynamic business environment. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring SAP solutions align with financial processes and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP FICO-related initiatives and support across the organization.
• Analyze and understand business requirements related to financial processes (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CO-OM, etc. ).
• Design and recommend optimal SAP FICO solutions to meet current and future business needs.
• Lead or support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of SAP FICO modules.
• Collaborate with finance, controlling, procurement, and IT teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage change requests, configuration, testing, and documentation related to SAP FICO functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and continuous improvement.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to
  - users across finance and controlling functions.
• Stay up to date with SAP updates, trends, and innovations to recommend best practices.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP FICO modules, including configuration and process optimization.
• Strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles.
• Experience in business process analysis, system design, and implementation within SAP ERP environments.
• Excellent analytical,
  - solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with
  - functional teams.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus.
• Professional certifications in SAP FICO or project management (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable.
