Identity & Access Management / IAM Engineer (m/f/d)

Introduction: As an IAM Engineer in our Porto Tech Hub, you will be at the forefront of designing, deploying, and enhancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions based on One Identity Manager. Your role will be crucial in enabling secure and efficient identity lifecycle management, ensuring seamless integrations with key business systems, and automating access governance processes. What You Can Expect In This Role

• Contribute to the implementation/configuration, deployment and management of One Identity Manager
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, connectors, and workflows
• Support integrations with directory services (AD, Entra
  ID), source systems (SAP SF/HCM etc), ITSM/SRM (Service
  Now) and various target systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues
• Stay current on IAM security trends, tools, and threats

Your Essential Experience And Education

• 3+ years of
  - on experience managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, especially One Identity, with solid skills in C#, . NET, VB. NET, and Power
  Shell scripting
• Strong understanding of Directory Services, including Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Experienced in using REST APIs and SQL databases for system integration and data queries
• Familiar with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and Open
  ID Connect, and with the key challenges of IAM integration (preferred)
• Exposure to RBAC/ABAC models, and knowledge of Microsoft products like Exchange and Share
  Point; some familiarity with the Angular framework (nice to have)
• Fluent in English (Portuguese and/or German language skills are a plus)
