Your responsibilities:Lead a comprehensive assessment and fit–gap analysis between current and target identity/access roles(SIGA vs. IMDL) - (IMDL is an internal access management tool developed by PMI fully customized tointernal needs), focusing on risk reduction, compliance, and operational efficiency. Required Experience:
- Deep expertise in modern Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms (e. G. , Saviynt, Sail
Point), including role modeling, recertification, Segregation of Duties (So
D), and privileged access management. - Proven track record in mapping legacy identity models to new platforms, including role catalog migration, So
D ruleset design, and access recertification processes. - Experience with privileged access frameworks, emergency access roles, and integration withprivileged access management (PAM) solutions. - Strong understanding of Finance Access Models, focusing on markets and entities across
Planning Budget and Consolidation & Management Reporting- Strong understanding of audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements (e. G. , SOX, Gx
P) as they relate to identity and access controls. - Ability to document and communicate access models, role definitions, and governanceprocesses clearly for both technical and
- technical stakeholders. Desirable:
- Experience with SAP GRC, Azure AD/Entra ID, and
- based access provisioning. - Familiarity with access management in finance or regulated environments. Hybrid Model ( 2 or 3 times per week) - Lisbon
