Overview

The role focuses on delivering revenue and profit targets through development of volume, pricing, prospecting, and contract/cost-to-serve management. You will document business development and account management in Connect CRM according to defined rules and collaborate with field sales across customer segments.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• Deliver revenue and profit targets through development of volume, pricing, cold calling and contract and
  -
  - serve management
• Document business development and account management within Connect CRM based on defined business rules
• Collaborate structurally with field sales in all customer segments
• Generate leads and qualify them using multiple lead sources; create and validate
  - specific hypotheses with relevant prospect stakeholders; assess viability of opportunities
• Plan, schedule and conduct prospecting calls; involve prospects/customers in meeting agendas and engage internal resources when appropriate

What Makes You Great (Qualifications)

• Preferably 1-3 years of sales/commercial experience in the gas industry, chemical or other manufacturing industries
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Affinity with engineering/gas industry
• Knowledge and experience using SAP (preferential), Salesforce and MS Excel
• Dutch native or C2 level and English level B1
• Excellent persuasion capability and ability to communicate with all stakeholders
