Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate immigration procedures for inbound and outbound employee assignments, including work visas, residence permits, and other legal documentation.
• Provide guidance and advice to employees, HR, and business leaders on immigration requirements and risks.
• Collaborate with external immigration providers and Santa Fe offices to ensure compliance with local immigration laws.
• Maintain

  - date knowledge of immigration policies and legislative changes in Portugal.
• Work with internal platforms to ensure KPIs and internal procedures and protocols are met.
• Monitor immigration timelines and proactively manage renewals, expirations, and compliance deadlines.
• Prepare and review
  - related documentation and correspondences.
• Work closely with other departments of Santa Fe.
• Support the immigration department at Santa Fe Spain with extensions and other applications in Spain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field recommended.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate immigration or mobility consulting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with individuals across cultures and seniority levels.
• Highly organized,
  - oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Fluency in English & Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
