About the role

We are currently seeking experienced USA Immigration Lawyers to join our international team as freelance collaborators. This is an opportunity to be part of an agile and innovative legal model with international reach, where your legal expertise is at the center — not sales or admin tasks. We’re looking for legal professionals who thrive in dynamic environments, value autonomy, and want to work with an international client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual legal consultations with international clients.
• Provide legal guidance on U. S. immigration procedures (non-immigrant visas, green cards, citizenship, etc. ).
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications before U. S. authorities (USCIS, NVC, consulates, embassies).
• Maintain records and communications efficiently using CRM tools.

Note: You will not be responsible for generating or qualifying leads. Our dedicated Client Intake team handles the initial contact with clients. You’ll only step in once the lead is confirmed, to propose a legal solution.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in the U. S.
• Minimum of 4 years of
  - on experience in U. S. Immigration Law.
• Experience with processes such as H-1B, L-1, O-1,
  - based visas, EB-5, or naturalization is highly valued.
• Fluent in English (C1+). Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage client cases from start to finish.
