Role Description

This is a
- time,
- site role for an Immigration Lawyer located in Lisbon. The Immigration Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel on matters related to immigration, including the preparation and submission of visa applications, residency permits, and citizenship documentation. Daily tasks include conducting client consultations, advising on immigration law and regulations, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in legal proceedings. The role also involves collaborating with other legal professionals and staying updated on changes in immigration laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in immigration law and regulations
• Experience preparing and submitting visa applications, residency permits, and citizenship documentation
• Strong legal research and document preparation skills
• Excellent communication and client consultation skills
• Ability to represent clients in legal proceedings
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Law, admitted to the Bar
