Your Role

As an Immigration Lawyer at ISC, you’ll provide expert legal advice on Portuguese immigration law and handle
-
- end case management for residency, citizenship, and visa applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on immigration programs, including Golden Visa, D2, D7, and Digital Nomad.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents for residence and citizenship cases.
• Liaise with AIMA/SEF, embassies, notaries, and other government entities.
• Offer clear and compassionate legal guidance to clients throughout the process.

Ideal Candidate

• Law degree and registration with the Portuguese Bar Association (Ordem dos Advogados).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in immigration or residency law.
• Deep understanding of Portuguese immigration programs and procedures.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Additional languages (Spanish, French, Arabic, or Russian) are an advantage.
