We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support software delivery through task execution, automation testing, and documentation. This early‑career role is ideal for professionals eager to learn and grow. With guidance from senior team members, you’ll contribute to requirements gathering and analysis, support system integration, and build hands‑on experience with automation tools in a collaborative environment.

In this role you’ll

• Analyze customer systems and service needs to identify integration actions for Amadeus products and services.
• Develop and manage integration schedules, coordinating with internal teams and documenting necessary adaptations.
• Write functional specifications for customizations and verify alignment with customer requirements.
• Conduct relevant tests to ensure customized solutions meet expectations before delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and customer teams, contributing to project activities and resolving functional issues during implementation.

About The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2‑3 years of experience in software testing and implementation.
• Familiarity with customer systems and service environments.
• Ability to write and review functional specifications.
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills.
