The Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Implementation Manager to own and lead the

- end onboarding of our new B2B partners, with a focus on our English and Portuguese-speaking markets. You will be the central point of contact for our clients from the moment the contract is signed through to a successful platform launch, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive integration experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Project Delivery: Manage the entire client onboarding lifecycle, from the initial
- off meeting to the final handover to the Account Management and Support teams.
Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones using project management tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence), ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
Multilingual Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for new clients in both English and Portuguese , building strong relationships, managing expectations, and providing clear, regular status updates.
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their specific technical and business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams.
Internal Coordination: Coordinate effectively with our distributed internal departments, including Sales, Engineering, Product, and Compliance, to ensure resources are allocated and deliverables are met on schedule.
Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep the implementation on track.
Technical Liaison: Facilitate technical discussions regarding API integrations, data configuration, and platform customisation between the client's technical team and In
Play
Soft's engineers.
Post-Launch Success: Conduct
- launch reviews to ensure the client is fully operational and satisfied, and document lessons learned to continuously improve our onboarding process.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
Required:
Full professional fluency in both English and Portuguese (written and verbal) is mandatory.
3+ years of experience in a similar role such as Implementation Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technical Project Manager, preferably within a B2B Saa
S or technology company.
Proven experience managing complex,
- stakeholder projects in a remote environment.
Exceptional
- facing communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
The ability to grasp and explain technical concepts to both technical and
- technical audiences.
Meticulous organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus Points (Preferred):
Direct experience in the i
Gaming, online betting, or gaming industry is a significant advantage.
Hands-on experience with project management software like Jira and Confluence.
A solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and API integrations.
