Description

- Support M&A transactions, from due diligence to closing;

- Work on avariety of corporate and commercial legal matters;

- Assist inotherareas within the legal department, ensuring compliance and risk management.

Profile

- 3 years of experience in M&A, corporate law, or related areas;

- Strong analytical and
- solving skills;

- Ability to workin a dynamic and
- paced environment;

- Fluent in
Portuguese and English (additional language skills are a plus).
