Description

• Support M&A transactions, from due diligence to closing;
• Work on a variety of corporate and commercial legal matters;
• Assist in other areas within the legal department, ensuring compliance and risk management.

Profile

• 3 to 7 years of experience in M&A, corporate law, or related areas;
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic and
  - paced environment;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional language skills are a plus).
