The Role

As a In House Lawyer you will have the responsibility to manage all the legal needs from the Company. You’ll need to draft, review and validate contracts but also understand corporate, compliance and other needs, including administrative ones. You’ll have to support different departments and be proactive in finding solutions.

Your Profile

• Law degree from a prestigious Portuguese university;
• Previous, proven experience in a business context of at least 3 years;
• Ability to plan, execute and complete work independently;
• Good communication skills, proactivity, innovative spirit and good training skills;
• Ability to organise, coordinate and commit to delivering projects involving several teams;
• Constant interest in keeping up to date with recurring legislative changes;
• Corporate acts;
• Good knowledge of English (eliminatory factor);
• Dynamic and with a spirit of initiative;
• Knowledge of IP and health regulatory law will be valued;
• Good communication skills, proactivity, innovative spirit and good training skills;
• Dynamic and with a sense of initiative.
