Your responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries (B2C) and provide effective solutions

Make outbound B2B calls to attract new partners

Support couriers with

Record and manage data in the CRM system

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to team and project success

Your profile Native-level German speaker with at least B2 English

Strong communication and listening skills

Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon

Valid Portuguese work permit required

Conditions and benefits Contract : Fixed-term, renewable annually

Working hours : Full-time, rotating shifts depending on project

Salary :

950 € gross/month with free accommodation (shared flat, bills included)

1, 300 € gross/month without accommodation

Training : Intensive onboarding (4 weeks, paid at 50% of base salary, minus taxes)

Relocation package :

Flight reimbursement after 9 months

Airport
