Inbound Sales Representative

This job includes responsibility in both commercial and customer care area:
- Providing the requested information, via
- mail, telephone, creating an empathetic relationship that makes the prospect student feel welcome;
- Following up and contact with inbound leads;
- Showcasing the courses catalog available at the school, based on efficient interaction with students;
- Supporting the students during their entire application and admission process;
- Cross-collaborating with various departments;
- Strict adherence to the school's level of excellence, promoting an unforgettable experience with the goal of earning students' loyalty;
Essentials:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales;
- High capacity for planning and organisation;
- Being proactive and
- oriented;
- Objective-driven, ambitious, and having a strategic vision;
- Listening skills and the capacity to use persuasive techniques convincingly;
- Excellent competencies in the area of communication and teamwork;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Autonomy, adaptability, and flexibility;
- Effective in both
- management and
- management;
- Native English level.
