Your role: Join the front line of guest satisfaction! As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you will represent HOTELS, a fast‑growing European hospitality brand. Your mission is to turn inquiries into bookings, enhance guest experiences, and ensure every customer feels valued while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment in sunny Lisbon.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from Italian‑speaking customers.
- Assist guests with reservations, availability, promotions, and room details.
- Provide personalized recommendations to maximize bookings and customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team through upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate guest information in CRM systems and follow company procedures.
- Collaborate with international colleagues to meet and exceed performance goals.
Compensation & Perks
For Local Candidates: 1, 306. 66 EUR gross/month (all‑inclusive)
