We are looking for a Incident & Problem Management Officer for this project!

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate major incidents to ensure timely service restoration and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Lead problem management activities, including root cause analysis and preventive action planning.
• Produce detailed incident and problem reports, highlighting technical findings and recommendations.
• Facilitate crisis communication, PRAB meetings, and
  - team coordination to maintain service stability.

What are we looking for?

• 2–3 years of experience in Major Incident Management and 3+ years in IT Service Management or IT Support.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and application dependencies across multiple technologies.
• Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills, including root cause and impact analysis.
• Proficiency with Service
  Now (preferred) and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Power
  Point, Teams).
