**Description**:**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Incident Analysis, priority validation and information verification;



- Stakeholders identification for incident resolution and technical team routing;



- Respect of defined SLAand OLA agreements;



- Crisis cell creation if needed;

- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;



- Minimum of 3 years of experience in incident management;



- Knowledge of ITIL;

- Strong skills in Linux, Windows, Network Architecture, VPN and Firewalls;



- Expertise with Service
Now, Outlook and Microsoft Office;



- Dynamism, proactivity and ability to work in a team;



- Leadership and communication skills;



- Fluency in English;
