As an Incident Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and handling incidents and problems, ensuring resolution and documentation;
- Leading
- solving processes with technical teams and stakeholders; - Following up on open issues to ensure timely resolution;
- Coordinating communication during major incidents;
- Analyzing recurring issues and implementing preventive solutions.
Requirements include:
- Fluent English and Portuguese skills;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Experience managing incidents and root cause analysis;
- CPULP nationality or EU work permit.
Preferred qualifications:
- BSc or MSc in relevant fields;
- Experience with ITIL or similar frameworks;
- Background in enterprise technology operations;
- Ability to manage priorities calmly and proactively.
