We are looking for an Incident & Problem Manager for this project!
Responsibilities
- Manage major incidents and ensure rapid service restoration.
 - Log, track, and analyze incidents and problems to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
 - Coordinate technical teams and communicate updates to stakeholders.
 - Produce incident reports and participate in Problem Management (PRAB) meetings.
 - Ensure proper application of Incident and Problem Management processes.
 - Monitor trends and drive continuous service improvement.
 
Qualifications
- 2–3 years in Major Incident Management and 3+ years in IT Service Management or IT support.
 - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and application dependencies.
 - Skilled in troubleshooting, impact analysis, and root cause analysis.
 - Experience with Service
Now (preferred) and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Power
Point, Teams). - Fluent in English; flexible for rotating shifts and 24/7
- call support.
