Indirect Procurement Expert

Position Overview

As we are going through our transformation journey, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Indirect Procurement Expert to join our team in Lisbon, Parque das Nações (12 Months Fixed Term Contract).

This project consists in achieving a quantified target of productivity for the company.

Responsibilities

Participate in the achievement of a specific savings achievement task.

• Define and identify actions and roadmaps in line with the global category leaders and the sites
• Gather requirements and drive execution (RFP, negotiation processes, demand management etc. )
• Deliver measurable productivity gains

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
• 6-8+ years of Procurement or Supply Chain leadership experience
• Fluent in English
• Autonomy and sound business judgment
• Experience working in matrix organizations and
  - functional global teams
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent
  - solving and negotiation capabilities
